Kiloton is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Creditors Clerk to join our finance team in Vereeniging. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in creditor management within a stock environment, with strong reconciliation and analytical skills.

Minimum Requirements

Experience

At least 2 years’ working experience as a Creditors Clerk

Education

  • Matric (non-negotiable)
  • Diploma in Finance (beneficial)

Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
  • Experience with stock suppliers beneficial
  • Capable of managing a supplier book value of approximately R12 million

Responsibilities

  • Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy in supplier accounts
  • Balance creditor analysis reports with supplier statements
  • Load payments on the bank and process on the system promptly
  • Follow up on queries and report any discrepancies
  • Maintain strong communication with suppliers and internal teams
