THE CHALLENGE
The customer needed to loosen and tighten the bolts on their rotating drum crusher safely and efficiently.

The robust design of the drive and cassette made on-site maintenance easy. By using both the W2000 Drive and 36mm Cassette, you are eliminating the cost of repairs.
All Enerpac wrenches are fitted with bronze bushings to ensure that the wrench never seizes thus saving you time and money.
THE CONCLUSION
The drive is very simple to use and consists of a handle that improves the handling of the tool and makes it safe to use. Due to the large nut rotation per wrench cycle and rapid return stroke, the job can be done quickly and easily. By using the drive you can easily cut the operation time by more than 3 hours per operation.
We have cut down operation time by 3 hours. By using the right equipment for the job we are pleased to advise that they are now working smarter and not harder.

THE CHALLENGE
Quickly and accurately tighten bolts at 5420Nm on a waterline

We chose the Enerpac S6000 Square Drive as it is the most advanced hydraulic square drive torque wrench on the market.
The steel design guarantees durability, reliability and safety. The square drive has been designed with a quick-release push button to quickly reverse the drive for tightening and loosening purposes. The constant torque of the square drive output provides high accuracy (± 3%) across the full stroke.
THE CONCLUSION
Not only was the tool suitable for the application but our customer appreciated that we took the operator’s safety into account.

THE CHALLENGE
Our customer wanted to know if we had a tool that they could use on their dump truck to quickly loosen the wheel nuts.

The Enerpac PTW 3000 was the right tool for this tough bolting job.
Enerpac PTW-Series are designed for applications that require speed and control. This tool can be used consistently and in any environment, both inside and outdoors, due to the low noise the air motor emits. The low vibration design reduces fatigue and vibration-related injuries for the user thus making the tool a lot safer to use.

THE CHALLENGE
Our customer only used hand tools to remove and replace the studs on their mining trucks. We wanted to show them that we can remove and replace studs quicker and safer using only two hydraulic tools.

Enerpac A310 Arbor Press
The Enerpac A310 Arbor Press has a press capacity of 10 ton and a 10 ton RC cylinder is best to use suited with the A310 Arbor Press. The press is more simplified and consists of foot mounting holes which allow horizontal and vertical positioning.
Enerpac PUJ Pump
The Enerpac PUJ Pump is an electrical pump best suited to power small to medium size cylinders or hydraulic tools and was also the most suitable tool for the job. The PUJ Pump is lightweight (11.8 to 18.6kg) and the compact design allows you to easily carry the pump around. The pump consists of a large easy-carry handle which ensures maximum portability. The two-speed operation improves productivity.
THE CONCLUSION
The studs were removed quicker and more efficiently.

THE CHALLENGE
Remove the bearings from the shafts to perform maintenance on the water pumps, blowers and couplings.

The two-speed operation on the Enerpac P2282 Ultra-High Pressure Hand Pump allows for faster fill operation thus reducing the cycle time.
THE CONCLUSION
All the bearings were removed with ease from the shaft. A successful application has been completed.
