State of the art Enerpac Service Centre Level 3 Award

Kiloton’s state-of-the-art Service Centre was recently audited by Enerpac and honored with a well-deserved 98% for their audit! We are proud to announce that we are one of only two companies in South Africa that have achieved a level 3 status for Enerpac Authorised Service Centers.

We have recently erected a 440 m² fully equipped Service Center, incorporating a 1000-ton certified press for load testing. Our Service Center is laid out in such a way, that we were able to improve workflow, thereby minimising downtime and maximising efficiency for our customers.

Our workshop is divided into specifically structured areas, namely:

• Receiving area
• Cleaning area
• Strip & Quote area
• Storage area
• Assembly area
• Load Testing Area
• Painting Area
• Quality Control
• Dispatch

A level 3 means that we have been approved to do load testing on and up to a 1000 ton cylinders, all hand pumps, all electrical pumps, all gasoline pumps, valves, components, all hydraulic tools, bolting tools, work holding products as well as system solutions.

Enerpac requires at least one trained technician, Kiloton is in the fortunate position of having four highly skilled and Enerpactrained technicians.  Two of our technicians currently have level 3 skills and the other two have level 2 skills.
